Homeopathy for nail fungus

Fungal infections of the skin and the Nails are common clinical pictures. In the homeopathy the focus is on internal treatment, with the aim of preventing the fungus from reappearing. The Defense performance of the body should be strengthened.

Homeopathic medicines

As homeopathic medicines the following are possible:

  • Acidum hydrofluoricum (aqueous hydrofluoric acid)
  • Silicea (silica)
  • Antimonium crudum (black spike gloss)
  • Sepia (squid)

Acidum hydrofluoricum (aqueous hydrofluoric acid)

Prescription up to and including D3!

  • Recurring fungal infections on the nails
  • Growth disorders of the nails, they are deformed, brittle and often show longitudinal furrows
  • Frequent and recurring Inflammation of the nail bed

Important NOTE

If the symptoms are severe and persistent, there is one homeopathic self-treatment is not indicated. Caution especially with children and older, debilitated people. Danger of dehydration!

Silicea (silica)

  • The nails are soft, split and deformed
  • Often there is white stippling
  • Fungal infestation keeps coming back
  • Occurring nail bed extensions heal very poorly
  • Cold, sweaty feet are typical for the patient
