Corresponding means are:

  • Aconitum (blue monkshood)
  • Aconite
  • Belladonna (deadly nightshade)

Bryonia (bryony)

Prescription up to and including D3!

  • Aconite is generally considered to be the first remedy for sudden onset of inflammation
  • The skin is hot, red spots, burning pain occurs in the affected areas
  • Warmth worsens symptoms
  • General great unrest.

Typical dosage of Aconitum (blue monkshood) with skin inflammation: Tablets D6

If the symptoms are severe and persistent, there is one homeopathic self-treatment is not indicated. Caution especially with children and older, debilitated people. Danger of dehydration!

Belladonna (deadly nightshade)

Prescription up to and including D3!

  • Follows as a second remedy Aconite when the inflammation has progressed
  • The skin is sweaty, smooth and strongly reddened
  • The pain is increasingly felt as throbbing
  • Cold and drafts are badly tolerated
  • Aggravation and excitement of emotion make it worse
