Kijimea®

introduction

Kijimea® is a word from the Swahili-Language and translated means "bacterium". The name says it all, as the Kijimea® drugs work through probiotics. Probiotics are microorganisms that are beneficial to physical health when consumed. Irritable bowel syndrome in particular is a widespread disease that is difficult to treat. However, Kijimea® irritable bowel should treat it successfully. Kijimea® currently has various products that contain various microorganisms. The products are aimed at skin diseases (Kijimea® Derma), a healthy intestinal flora (Kijimea® base 10), irritable bowel syndrome (Kijimea® irritable bowel syndrome) and the immune system (Kijimea® immune) aligned.

What is Kijimea® used for?

Since Kijimea® consists of different products, there are different areas of application for these products. What the products have in common, however, is that the normal state of the body is to be restored via the positive influences of the microorganisms. In irritable bowel syndrome, the microorganisms act as a protective layer for the intestine and thus fight the irritable bowel symptoms. In addition to treating the irritable bowel, skin conditions such as eczema or itching are dealt with Kijimea® Derma fights. It is assumed here that skin diseases are triggered by an imbalance in the intestinal flora. Kijimea® aims to bring the intestinal flora back into balance. In addition, skin-strengthening ingredients are in Kijimea® Derma contain. There is also a Kijimea® product for the intestinal flora itself: Kijimea® base 10. Kijimea® Basis 10 contains 10 different microcultures that build up the intestinal flora. In particular, patients who have been treated with antibiotics can use Kijimea® Basis 10. Frequent infections or long-term illnesses can also be treated with Kijimea®. In addition to the skin and the intestines, the immune system can also be regulated with Kijimea®. Here comes the product Kijimea® Immun for use. Kijimea® Immun contains microcultures which are said to have a particularly positive effect on the immune system.

What products are there?

There are four different Kijimea products. These each have different microorganisms as ingredients. These microorganisms then each have a different effect in the intestine.

  • Kijimea® irritable bowel treats people who suffer from irritable bowel syndrome. It consists of the bifidobacteria strain B. bifidum MIMBb75.
  • Kijimea® Derma is used for skin diseases and consists of three different components: The microorganism L. salivarius FG01, which aims to reduce symptoms such as itching, eczema and sensitive skin. Also are Riboflavin and Biotin contain. These are two vitamins that strengthen the skin.
  • Kijimea® Immun contains the microorganisms Lactobacillus plantarum LP-02, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR-04 and Bifidobacterium lactis BS-01. These strengthen the immune system.
  • Kijimea® Basis 10, consists of 10 different microorganisms and builds up the intestinal flora.

Kijimea® irritable bowel syndrome

Irritable bowel syndrome is a common disease in Germany. Symptoms include gas, pain in the lower abdomen, constipation, or diarrhea. Irritable bowel syndrome is often only treated symptomatically. This means that only the individual components, such as Diarrhea, are treated, but the clinical picture does not go away because the cause is not combated. At the present time, science assumes that tiny cracks in the intestinal wall are responsible for irritable bowel syndrome. These cracks ensure that small amounts of intestinal germs can penetrate the intestinal wall. These intestinal germs cause inflammation in the intestinal wall. This inflammation irritates the intestinal nervous system and the bowel reacts with irritable bowel syndrome. Instead of just treating the symptoms, it makes sense to tackle the cause. The bifidobacteria contained in Kijimea® irritable bowel syndrome are supposed to close the cracks in the intestinal wall and thus prevent the penetration of germs. In addition, Kijimea® irritable bowel syndrome is said to improve quality of life. These results are based on a study carried out by Prof. Guglielmetti at the University of Milan. Kijimea® irritable bowel syndrome is taken once a day in the form of two capsules.

Kijimea® Derma

A crucial immune function is assigned to the human intestine. About 70% of the antibody-producing cells are located in the intestine. If there is a disorder here, it has a significant impact on our immune system and general well-being. The skin is also related to the immune system and the intestines. A disturbance of the intestinal flora is associated with various skin diseases. The one contained in Kijimea® Derma L. salivarius bacterium FG01 should bring the intestinal flora into balance. The said microorganism is said to have a positive effect in particular on disorders of the skin's appearance. In addition, Kijimea® Derma contains the two vitamins riboflavin and biotin. These have a preserving effect on the skin. The three active ingredients together are intended to combat skin diseases such as eczema, itching or sensitive skin and contribute to the development of healthy skin. Kijimea® Derma is taken in capsule form twice a day.

Kijimea® Immun

Kijimea® Immun starts at a similar point as Kijimea® Derma. The fact that the immune system and the human intestine are closely related means that microorganisms can influence the immune system. Kijimea® Immun are immune-specific microcultures (Lactobacillus plantarum LP-02, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR-04 and Bifidobacterium lactis BS-01), which are supposed to support the immune system. Kijimea® Immun is said to reduce the risk and duration of colds. In addition, the severity of the common cold is also reduced. Kijimea® Immun is taken daily with meals or liquids.

Kijimea® base 10

The task of Kijimea® Basis 10 is to build up the intestinal flora. The intestinal flora consists of a large number of bacteria that are not pathogenic and have important functions in the human intestine. The intestinal flora can be destroyed, for example, by taking antibiotics. Stress or a poor diet can also disrupt the intestinal flora. Kijimea® Basis 10 consists of 10 different bacteria, which correspond to the intestinal flora. This is Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breillus and re Lactiobacterium breillus. These bacteria settle in the intestine and thus again fulfill the functions of the intestinal flora. Kijimea® Basis 10 is taken as a powder once a day.

How does Kijimea® work?

The effectiveness of Kijimea® has been confirmed by studies. How exactly the bacteria work is still partly unclear, depending on the product. The one contained in Kijimea® irritable bowel syndrome Bifidobacterium B. bifidum MIMBb75 connects with each other and forms a layer on the intestinal wall. There is also a kind of "band Aid“Spoken, because the cracks in the intestinal wall are covered by the bacteria. Kijimea® Basis 10 unfolds its effect by rebuilding the intestinal flora. The missing bacteria are transported by the drug into the intestine and settle there. The prerequisite for effectiveness is, of course, that the bacteria that are contained in Kijimea® Basis 10 are missing. The exact mode of action of Kijimea® Immune and Derma is not described. The manufacturer speaks of “specific microcultures”, but does not state in which form these have an influence on the immune system of the intestine.

Side effects

There are no known side effects with Kijimea®. As these are probiotic bacteria, there are no negative health consequences to fear. With Kijimea® Immun and Kijimea® Basis 10, some people may experience temporary flatulence. These are related to the colonization of the bacteria in the intestine and usually disappear again after a few days. If the complaints persist or other complaints arise, a doctor should be consulted.
