Solcoseryl® akut is a gel-like paste for use on the oral mucosa or the gums. The preparation is primarily prescribed to relieve pain and prevent further irritated areas on the oral mucosa. The paste can be bought in pharmacies without a doctor's prescription, the paste is prescription-free. Usually tubes of 5g are offered for sale.
Indications / application
