Zyprexa® belongs to the group of atypical neuroleptics. In addition to a good antipsychotic effect, which is particularly used in therapy for mania, it has a relatively low spectrum of side effects.

Zyprexa® is available as a tablet, as an orodispersible tablet and as an IM. Ampoule.

Tablets are available in doses of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg and 20 mg.

Orodispersible tablets are available in doses of 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg and 20 mg.

Ampoules are available in a dosage of 10 mg

side effect

  • Increasing appetite with weight gain (obesity) is the most common NW. The weight gain is usually limited and usually does not lead to obesity.
